04 · FAQ

Before you go.

Doors, seating, transit, and the fastest way to get a first-timer up to speed on the rules.

What time do doors open?

Doors at 6:30 PM. First serve at 7:00 PM ET. Matches typically last 2 hours and 12 minutes. If you're new, get there by 6:45 — the rules are laid out in the digital program and on the video boards during warm-ups.

Where exactly is JAM Arena?

3500 NW 37th Ave, Miami, FL 33142. Attached to Casino Miami. It's the original 1926 Miami Jai Alai Fronton — reopened February 13, 2026 as JAM Arena. See our arena page for parking, transit, and a full venue map.

Is there parking?

Yes. Casino Miami's main lot on 37th Ave is free for all ticket holders. Pelota Suite holders park in Lot A, closest to the arena entrance. Rideshare drop-off is at the east gate.

Can I bring kids?

Absolutely. Kids 12 and under are free with a paid adult in General Admission and Center Reserved sections. Note that JAM Arena is inside a casino complex — the fronton itself is fully open to all ages, but access to gaming areas is 21+.

What's the refund policy?

All single-game tickets are transferable but non-refundable. Season ticket policies are handled individually — email tickets@jaialai.com for full terms. If we cancel or postpone a match, everything rolls over to the make-up date automatically.

Where can I watch if I can't be there?

Every match streams on the Jai Alai Network on YouTube. Broadcast starts 15 minutes before first serve with pre-match analysis, player interviews, and the traditional Basque anthem.

Is the arena wheelchair accessible?

Yes. All seating levels are elevator-accessible, and every section has designated wheelchair positions with companion seats. Call info@jaialai.com at least 48 hours before the match for the smoothest arrival.

Can I buy at the door?

Yes, subject to availability. Championship weekends and rivalry nights (Warriors–Devils, Chargers–Cyclones) usually sell out — book ahead. All other games we hold about 200 walk-up seats.
