Jai Alai is a court sport where players use a curved basket attached to one hand to catch and throw a ball against a wall. The challenge: make a throw the other side cannot return.
Watch the throw.
The ball hits the front wall and comes back into play. The next player catches it in the basket and sends it back in one continuous motion.
One bounce. Not two.
Players can catch the ball in the air or after one bounce. A missed return or an out-of-bounds throw gives the other side a point.
Pick a side.
Sets are played to six points. Win two sets to win a match. The World Jai Alai League’s six teams compete in singles and doubles.

Do I need to know the rules?
No prior knowledge is needed to start following the action. Watch who returns the ball and who wins the point. The quick guide above covers the basics, and you can explore the teams before your visit.
Is there Jai Alai every Friday?
Public Friday-night events run on selected dates during the season, not every Friday of the year. Check the schedule before making plans. Weekday broadcast-only matches are not public arena events.
How much are tickets?
Prices and availability depend on the event and ticket option. Follow the booking link on the Tickets page for the current price and any fees. Do not assume that a scheduled event is already on sale.
Can I bring children or book for a group?

What about parking and accessible seating?

How long should I plan to stay?
A gameday includes multiple matches, so it is more than a single short game. Match lengths vary. If you have a dinner reservation, flight, or other fixed plans afterward, ask the ticket team about the expected finish for your event.
